Many of us are working from home, which means we are doing our meeting via video call. Here are some "Zoom" etiquette tips to help keep your team productive, focused, and present in these meetings.
Have a "camera-on" rule: When you have an in-person meeting you're able to see people's reactions and know they are focused on the meeting, but when the camera is off on a zoom call, there is no way to know if that person is really focused and listening. It also helps keep you connected to people.
Have a "no work" rule: one of the biggest distractions when in a Zoom meeting is the temptation to work on something else while on the call. The problem with this is that as much as people think they can do two things at once... they can't. Not to mention, it's incredibly rude to work while in a meeting.
Be mindful of your background noise: when in a meeting it's always best to mute when you're not talking. Often you're not aware of just how loud your background noise is to others on the call.

Tip 1: Have a shower and dressed every day!
Tip 2: Maintain regular working hours, take lunch breaks and stop working at 5pm
Tip 3: Set ground rules with the people in your space
Tip 4: Over communicate! Make sure you're team are keeping connected
Tip 5: Make sure you use your camera to have face-to-face meetings and be present
